We welcome the uniqueness and honor the dignity of every student so that each student feels deeply loved and cared for. We come alongside individuals who have little or no hope in their future and restore hope through high-impact career training and life coaching.

INTRODUCING OUR NEW BOARD MEMBER.

Rev. Joseph W Handley, Jr., Ph.D. (@jwhandley) is the president of Asian Access. Previously, he was the founding director of Azusa Pacific University’s Office of World Mission and lead mission pastor at Rolling Hills Covenant Church. He co-led one of the first multi-national high school mission congresses in Mexico City in 1996 and is a contributing blogger for the Billy Graham Center’s Gospel-Life Blog. Joe serves on the International Orality Network leadership team and on the advisory teams for the Nozomi Project, BiblicalTraining.org, and DualReach. Steve Bunyard

Steve Bunyard was CEO and owner of Premier Performance, a high performance automotive

retailer and manufacturer in Orange County. After selling the company, Steve went on to be a pastor at Rolling Hills Covenant Church. While pastoring at RHCC, Steve founded ReIGNITE Hope in 2011.Steve is an American Welding Society Certified Welder, Certified Welding Educatorand Certified Welding Inspector.

Dilip Bhavnani

Dilip Bhavnani earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from UCLA. Dilip and his family

own several businesses involved in promotional products, telecommunications, travel, food

products distribution, leather goods and plastic products manufacture and supply and

real estate investment and development. Dilip holds the position of Chief Operating Officer for Affinity Business Accessories LLC, Premium Shapes USA, Values4Less.com, Inc, Geo Group Communications Inc, Salus Creative Inc and SunMost LLC.

Curtis Shin

Curtis Shin is CEO of Village Casa, a creator of custom indoor and outdoor furniture.  He also founded Patio Heaven 10 years ago to create stylish and affordable outdoor patio options for consumers. He is passionate about creating classic, flawless designs that leave a lasting impression. He travels extensively developing custom products to meet the unique needs of his clients. He also has a passion to pay back and start a ReIGNITE Hope welding school in Las Vegas.  Curtis lives in Henderson, Nevada and has two daughters. Curtis is a UCLA graduate.

Bill Duncan

Bill Duncan is married to his wife, Debbie, for 49 years. They reside is Redondo Beach, CA. They have four children and twelve grandchildren. Bill is the founder and former President of ISU- Olson Duncan,

a local insurance firm. He is a former elder and Past Chairman of the Rolling Hills Covenant Church.

In addition to Reignite Hope, Bill serves on two additional non-profit boards. He holds a BBA degree from the University of Cincinnati and a CPCU designation in insurance.

Dave Wendorff

Dave Wendorff lives in Rolling Hills Estates, CA with his wife Kristin. He has two adult children.  He received his Bachelors degree from Arizona State University.  He is a real estate developer and owner of Wendorff Development, LLC.  He has been a fervent supporter of ReIgnite Hope since its inception and joined the board in 2017.

Board Member

Hoon Dokko

Hoon Dokko received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering, M.S. in Oral Biology, and D.D.S. in Dentistry from UCLA.  He has been practicing general dentistry in Torrance, CA since 1992. For many years, he has volunteered with non-profit organizations that help with dental needs in Cambodia, Mexico, and Southern California.  He has been a fervent supporter and volunteer with ReIgnite Hope since the program started 8 years ago and has been on the board since 2018. In 2017, he became a certified welder and started to teach and mentor students in the program.
